Sweet Hot Cervelat

Ingredients
4 cervelats
4 hot-dog buns
A few iceberg lettuce leaves
Marinade: 1 garlic clove
2 tbsp Kikkoman sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
A few drops oil

Preparation
For the marinade, finely chop the garlic and mix with the soy sauce, ketchup and a few drops of oil. Thread the cervelats onto wooden skewers and make several parallel cuts across the top. Coat in the marinade.
Grill over medium heat, turning regularly. Split the buns lengthways and toast briefly on the grill. Fill with iceberg lettuce and the grilled cervelats. Brush with the remaining marinade and serve immediately.
