Orders
To ensure that your order is processed quickly and smoothly, please provide all required information correctly. If the delivery address differs from the billing address, please specify this in the “Comments” field when placing your order.
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices include VAT and are subject to change. We accept no liability for errors or inaccuracies.
Unauthorised discounts or other deductions are not permitted and will be charged subsequently. The invoice will be sent with the goods and must be paid within 14 days.
Shipping Conditions and Costs
Subject to availability, ordered goods will be dispatched by post within 2 working days. Shipping costs are based on the applicable rates of Swiss Post.
Any additional costs incurred, for example as a result of goods not being accepted upon delivery, shall be borne by the purchaser.
Defects and Complaints
Any complaints regarding defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods.

The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

There is no right of withdrawal for the delivery of goods manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, fresh food products that may deteriorate quickly, or products whose expiry date would otherwise be exceeded.
